Giving it a two because I can at least fix the botched job that was done. Asked for my hair to be cut just to my shoulders, and that was done…. For one side. My hair was also all cut in one layer while my hair was already starting to dry and was wavy from being up in a bun so that was fun. My hair is completely crooked. Asked for my bangs to be straightened out and they were somehow cut MORE crooked? Honestly pretty disappointing since I had to wait almost an hour for it to be done.
