Was on the list for a wait time of 20 minutes when I arrived. My name was I assume accidentally removed. I understood why someone who had checked in online was taken before me. But because my name was removed I was completely ignored. After the woman who checked in 10 minutes after I arrived was called up, I left. I was dissapointed in that customer as well. She must have known I was there before her because I was the only other person in the establishment. Will not return

Tonia deserves a raise and a 5 star review. Unfortunately her coworker does not! After dealing with an older blondish/gray haired lady (no name tags)….. I am so glad Tonia was there to give my son the haircut we came in for. The place was empty due to the chiefs game being on. This person has always been rude the way she asks my son to sit up in the chair. When I gave her an example of the hairstyle he chose (wanted to switch up his usual style) she smirked at me, questioned me a bunch, then asked “do you know what the back of his head looks like?” Well, clearly I don’t because the picture was of the side. Instead of being helpful or giving advice like most stylists would, she smirked in my face and questioned me. I’m not sure why, but this is the second time she has made me uncomfortable and almost likes to make you feel stupid. I don’t like the attitude. I don’t like feeling like I’m asking too much- a haircut?? As if she’s too busy 2 hours before close and with no other customers waiting. Tonia completed exactly what we asked for with a smile and it took less than 15 minutes! She was compensated more than planned thanks to her very rude coworker.
