My husband had a bad customer service at another hair salon and we were so upset because we had waited over an hour and a half waiting when we realized that Great Clips was open for another hour to two we decided to move there and we got our cut haircut and shampoo and we were able to get out of there as soon as we came in, it was not very long we appreciate the lady that had cut his hair and we love the cost

It’s always nice to get a haircut from this place. Always nice staff! However only reason not for 5 stars is because prices are high for a haircut. $15+, used to be 10, and then 12 now its only getting higher. Other than that. Pretty good.

Usually go to Sports Clips and for some reason we decided to try Great Clips that day to get my 10yr olds hair cut. His hair isn’t hard to cut, only need to fade the back and scissor cut the top. It looked like she gave him one of those bowl cuts from the 80s or 90s, I forgot what era it was. I had to take him to Sports Clips the next day to have it fixed. Thank goodness it was on a Friday, so i was able to take him the next day and he didn’t have to go to school with that haircut!
