Both my kids got hair cuts that ended up being not very even. The oldest needed her undercut shaved but the stylist didn’t shave it enough so it will need to be redone in a week or so. The ladies were nice but I don’t feel we got our money’s worth for the hair cuts. I definitely wouldn’t be getting my hair cuts at this location.

Edit: came in with my 2 kids today, I didn’t catch the name of the stylist who did my eldest but she was great- super friendly and made sure my daughter got exactly what she wanted! Stacy had my youngest, and her hair looks great, but my daughter had a very hard time. She very clearly was impatient and angry, kept making frustrated noises and was rather rough pulling and pushing her head into place. While I understand children are not their normal clientele I was pretty displeased with this treatment. My daughter is a bit wiggly and I know she has to sit still but a little patience and understanding would have gone a long way. She would probably be an amazing stylist on an adult but if I take my kids back I’ll be waiting for the next available person.
