If I could have given my experience here it would be a zero. I used the online check-in. I waited over two hours for a response text. (When I used the app, it said my wait time was 63min.) Anyway …Once I got there (which was only 5min tops. I live less than an half mile away) the store did not have any info of my online check in. When I showed them my text, the young lady working the computer said She couldn’t help me. I will NEVER go back there. I am thinking it was a blessing they wouldn’t honour the text confirmation.If they care about hair the same as they do their systems, I lucked out!!

My husband went in for a haircut on Monday afternoon. He was told it would be 1 hour. He put his name down and left. Upon returning in 50 minutes he was told it would be another hour. Apparently if you go in on line you go before everyone else even if they have already checked in. The people were rude to him so he left. He said he would not be back and they just smiled and said ok. No problem! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! Not client friendly and bad system in place!!

Would rate negative 100 if possible! Brought my 3yr old in and the lady did not listen to how I wanted his hair cut at all! I showed her a picture out of their book and said I wanted a longer version and she indeed gave him a very uneven shorter version of the picture!! Super p&$&$&$& about her just doing what she wanted basically!! Highly recommend not going there! Also no personality and my son was an angel and very cooperative!

Make sure if you visit this location you do not see Rachel. She is incapable of listening to what you want and can not for the life of her give you a good and even cut. I went in with a picture and very specific instructions for the style I wanted and received the worst haircut I have ever had. It literally looks like I had a child cut my hair. Not only does it look bad but she made it significantly shorter than I asked so now all I can do is wait for my hair to grow out before getting it fixed. Very disappointed.
