Please do not go here. I walked in asking for a bang trim and quite literally received a mullet. My bangs go all the way back to the crown of my head.. half my hair that’s around my face is chopped off and I now I have to live like this for the next year at least to grow it out. I have thin hair as it is and now my ears stick out because they cut they hair that hangs down over them at bang length.. it’s an absolute nightmare. So embarrassing. Do yourself a favor and go to a professional. Yikes.

I just had TERRIBLE service from Nichelle at Brentwood Promenade in St. Louis, MO. She was rude, didn’t listen to what I wanted, and argued with me about what I asked for. I will never go back to this Great Clips. It was a horrible experience.
