I checked in to go to this Great clips. I still had to wait. When the cosmetologist called my name I went ahead she asked me based on my history about my haircut I told her that I wanted about an inch on the top half inch on the sides she did the exact opposite. She’s totally made me bald on the top of my head and I still have long hair on the back she did not ask me how I wanted the bottom of the back to be cut she just did what she wanted. Very bad experience this cosmetologist is just rude. There was no consultation between her and me the customer. I would avoid this place

I went there today to get a haircut it was the worst haircut I’ve ever had, but that’s not why I’m writing this review, the first time I ve ever written a review. I’m writing because of the response I got from the stylist. When I started to tell her it looked bad her response was “oh well what do you want me to do about it?”. Besides that she was rude or indifferent the whole time. If you go here don’t let Rai cut your hair she’s terrible.

No problem! I don’t remember the name of the woman who did my hair but she was great. Didn’t make me feel bad for the state of my hair (it was kinda bad) and I’m also going through medical treatment and I had medical devices attached to my legs at the time of the visit and she didn’t make me feel bad or anything. I’ve been having anxiety about going out in public with the machines on and she made me feel comfortable about it so honestly, I really appreciate it. I wish I remembered her name because it really made a difference to me!

Check in is easy, price is reasonable, located near home. I understand that going to a chain like GC means you kind of play roulette with whether or not you’ll find a compatible stylist or not. I got lucky the first visit- Nya totally gets what I’m wanting done, and so I feel confident that every time I go here and ask for her, I will be happy with my haircut!

Had a good haircut experience. Didn’t catch my stylist’s name but I checked in online and got in quickly. She checked the details of my usual cut with me and executed it well. She talked to me about styling it differently and let me see what that looked like. I’m not sure I’d wear it that way daily but it was interesting to see another way to style it. She was very friendly and a good conversationalist.

Great Clips in Gravois in South STLMO is really great place. They are covid 19 careful mask up with highly skilled style specialist. They checked me in and got a cut in under five minutes in a Tuesday at 425 pm. They asked why I was there and my goals for the haircut. Details were followed and I got a great Clips great cut today!
