The moment we walked in I knew it wasn’t going to go well. My little girl wanted to give some thought to her haircut, but was rushed to sit down regardless of the lack of people waiting. The stylist couldn’t come up with 2 words to say to my 6 year old and proceeded to rip through her long hair that she made tangly by ripping through it each time. She didn’t use any spray, try to wet her hair, or even use a quality brush. The brush she had appeared to be from 1992. My 11 year olds stylist seemed much more friendly, but he did have chunks of hair we had to trim off when we got home.
