The Eureka great clips is terrible I went with my mom so she could get a trim and she already has short hair and just wanted 1 inche trimmed off and this lady almost took off 3 inches, she didn’t make her hair even at all and cut off small chunks of her hair in the back but didn’t even do anything to the sides of her hair to make it look somewhat even. And then there were the bangs she cut them so short it looked like the start of bowl cut bangs that you would have seen on the beetles back in the day. It looked terrible that my mom was almost in tears because she was so embarrassed of what this lady did to her. She then barely used a comb on my mom’s hair but ran her fingers through it like she was trying to rip my mom’s hair out. She also didn’t put anything on my mom’s neck to keep her hair from going everywhere so she then had hair all over her and was itching for hours because the lady wouldn’t even brush her off. When my mom did try telling the lady what she wanted she kept telling my mom she could do the complete opposite. Needless to say we will never go back to the great clips in Eureka.

I absolutely loved the guy that cut my hair. He listened to everything I said about my hair and my cut was perfect. He has a wonderful personality and is cheerful. I believe his name is Jeremy. I will be asking for him in the future. He made my need to stop and get a quick hair cut on our way out of town an enjoyable blast. We laughed and talked and before I knew it, I had a gorgeous hair cut.

Friendly but I got to the shop and waited 45 minutes. Two customers checked in online and showed up after me. They got to get haircuts before me but waited less. I also checked in online but I beat them to the store. I think that is inconsiderate of those who arrive promptly.

Critical: QualityProbably the worst haircut I’ve ever received. I wanted my hair brought down to a #1 length. After the hair had been cut she didn’t ask if it was to my satisfaction and went ahead and took off the neck band and hair catch they put on you. (This was in the evening and there was nobody waiting behind me). Got home and my wife told me I had hairs all over that were missed. I’m talking 1” hairs. And in the back, an actual clump of hair. And the blending that I asked for was non-existent.They apparently have no pride in their work at this establishment. For a 20 dollar hair cut I expect at the very least a half decent haircut.
