I have 3 boys who needed a haircut (14/4/2 years). Amy was great! She was cheerful efficient and had a great attitude to the job plus got the cuts done quickly with a smile. She was especially patient with my 2 year old who is not fond of haircuts and my 4 year old who is a non verbal autistic. The place is clean and welcoming and they process customers quickly so the wait time is usually zero or reasonable.. I will be back!

I took my son to get his haircut and the lady who was going to cut his hair seemed very annoyed that she had to work today. I showed her a picture of the haircut that I wanted. It’s a haircut he’s been getting since he was three or four years old. she kept asking me what number setting I wanted the trimmer/buzzer to be on. I said I don’t know I am not an experienced a hair cutter. I showed her the picture again and she didn’t even look at it. She was extremely aggravated that I part my son’s hair one way but she said that it shouldn’t part that way because of a cowlick. This is the way we’ve always parted my son’s hair. Then she told me that the way I do it it’s going to look like a comb over. She reeks of cigarettes and was running her nasty yellow cigarette-Laden fingers through my son’s hair. I just told her nevermind and I had my son get up and leave. She acted so put out by the fact that I wanted a simple haircut and had a picture of it, and that I was annoying her by just being there wanting her service. She is full of tattoos, an older lady, and has dirty blond filthy hair. I did not catch her name. I kept looking around for her a name tag or something on her station indicating her name and never saw anything. I will never go back to this place again.

Been to this location at least 4x. Everyone is very nice. So glad that they’re there. Was going to get my haircut on Sunday, but they were closed. Had to go Monday. While driving by this Sunday morning, people were walking in to get their haircut. Now they’re open on Sunday and closed on Monday. I like Great Clips, I’m glad they’ve opened a store at Lafayette Center but I wish they’d figure out when they want to be opened and closed. It changes daily.
