Been going there for 10 years. Not any more after my last visit. Son didn’t want the gentleman to cut his hair. So he waiting quietly next to me while I got mine cut. They gave me his haircut. Then when I asked is someone going to cut my sons hair a girl snapped at me, said they all checked in before me. Funny when I check us in online, then showed up, no one was on the screen in front of us. Was the worst cut I ever had, and they gave him my cut. The rudeness of the lady, lack of trying to get my son a stylist when we both checked in together, and the fact they wouldn’t tell me there names or receipt soured me on this location and great clips period. Never again will I use that location or any of your locations. It sad, Kendra is one of the best, wonderful with my kids, if she was there this wouldn’t of happened.

tip: before getting your hair cut make sure the barber knows how to cut it. i went in to get 2inches-3 cut off and some curtain bangs. i also wanted my hair parted in the middle. 1, she did part it in the middle but a little later on she put it back to the same spot. i asked her to redo it and she said “it’s in the middle.” which it was not. 2, when she went to cut the bangs, she grabbed a piece on the opposite side and cut it on the other side making it uneven. she also did not know how to cut bangs because she asked the barber next to me how to do it. horrible service and definitely did not feel welcomed.

Let me just say Sarah has done an amazing job with my hair. She has always taken care of me when needed and she’s the sweetest hairdresser I’ve ever had! Very honest, professional, friendly. I can’t wait until my son is old enough and ready for a haircut because I’ll be going to her!

Had a horrible experience at this location with one of their new stylists. She wouldn’t give me her name. One of her coworkers did. Her name is Sarah (purple) hair. She treated my three year old son bad. She was rude from the beginning. I shouldn’t have to tell you that my son has a speech delay. She should treat all patrons with respect. I have never had issues at this location. But, I had had enough of how rough & rude she was with a three year old. Long story short, we will not be going back to this location. Luckily, another stylist took over who had cut my son’s hair before & she was so sweet & patient.

People are overall really nice there but this one older woman with short gray hair (volumized in the back), shaved off a solid chunk of my hair and just said “woops.” not to mention her overall negative attitude and lack of attention to detail. She sped through the job and didn’t even look it over to make sure it was ok. I really hope you don’t get stuck with her for your cut.
