Husband tried to come in to get his hair cut this evening. He was not aware the place closed at 6pm. It was approximately 5 mins til 6, a sign outside still that said walk in get your hair cut. Instead of being told, I am sorry sir but we close in 5 minutes, he was met with “you gonna wait til 6 o’clock to come get your hair cut?” HOW RUDE and unprofessional. He walked out and you never have to worry about him returning. Not only did she lose business for herself, but any other stylist that works there. Common courtesy goes a long way.

The redhead woman huffed and puffed every time the phone rang and then talked with an attitude. They all have bad attitudes. Their haircuts are as poor as their horrible personalities. They messed up on my hair completely. All I asked for was my hair to be past my shoulders and then re-layered. She cut it way too short it barely touched my shoulders and the back was even shorter than the front. It wasn’t layered at all and the cut was even. I will never go to this place again.

My boys went in with long hair and only asked for an inch off. One left with barely any hair because the “hair stylist” didn’t realize she was doing it wrong until it was too late. I talked to the manager and she said nothing they can do about it, with a very poor attitude. When a 16 year old actually has tears in his eyes walking out, because it was THAT bad… you should probably put the scissors down and go work at McDonalds!

I’m not a person who usually writes reviews, but this place made me to write. I had one of the worse experience here yesterday. The one who gave me a haircut, I don’t know if I should call her a hairdresser, but she didn’t seem to know the basic hair cuts, and pulled my hair so harshly that it started to ache at that very moment, that too after I requested her before she even started combing. Terrible service and experience!!
