Not very happy with the staff tonight I rushed home from work and drove 20 minutes to get here came running in the door at 5:51 PM and there were 2 people in the chairs and no one waiting.. Within about a minute the one was done and the girl said she couldn’t take me because she had to leave RIGHT at 6 and the other one did also. I explained to her that I had driven 20 minutes to get there but that didn’t make any difference. Her plans were definitely more important then giving me a haircut. I work at a lumberyard and we would never treat customers that way. If our sign says open until 5:00 then we accept customers until then even if it runs us later. I was a faithful Great Clips customer but am weighing some other options now…

Nice salon. The stylist do a very good job and are reasonably price. The thing that impressed me most about this company is it’s generosity. An example would be how they gave out free haircut cards to all the veterans on Veterans Day. They are one of the few places that give out coupons to help everyone. They put people’s needs above money and that is a wonderful thing. This is a business one can appreciate, and support.

The hairdressers are all so very nice. They always make sure to understand what style you want before they start. I don’t care which stylist I get each time I visit because they are ALL really good! Warm atmosphere, never a long wait time, and you can also sign-in online before getting there. No need for an appointment.

Would recommend this place to anyone. Have been looking for someone to cut my hair since my last person butchered me. Have been in here for about 5 hair cuts and the last three were done by Courtney she does an excellent job and I feel great about my hair cut when she is done, very friendly and great customer service by her, not saying the other 2 haircuts done were bad but it just seems that Courtney, I don’t know how to say it, I guess it’s that when she did it the first time it looked great and has been consistent with the same cut every time, also have had many compliments on my hair cuts from family and friends. So thank you Courtney for doing a great job. And God bless.
