Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI stopped using them awhile back because they we’re always seeming to mess up my hair. Today I was in a bind- I checked in online with a 14 minute wait got dressed and headed in. My suggestion is this need to fix their app because my “14” minute wait led into an almost 40 minute wait before I walked out- and I walked out because I didn’t have another 30 minute wait while they took 3 more people in front of me, yes they had also checked in online, however how does a 14 minute wait time turn into what would have been well over an hour if I had stayed, Beyond frustrating and unacceptable. I stopped using them awhile back because they we’re always seeming to mess up my hair. Today I was in a bind- I checked in online with a 14 minute wait got dressed and headed in. Critical: QualityI stopped in to get a haircut and I showed them a picture of the haircut I wanted and the girl told me okay. It was nothing like the picture. It’s so short I can’t even try to curl it with a curling iron. My hair is thin and takes a while to grow. It will take till summer for it to even look like I have hair. I will never go there again. I guess it’s a okay place if you want short hair like a nan. I’m ashamed to go out in public now. I was told that I will just have to wait until that Store lifts mask mandate. Very very unpleasant way to treat customers.Thanks for responding I went to corporate and filed a complaint before I left the review,What you fail to realize people have breathing problems and can’t breath properly without a mask on.
