Went in without an appointment and asked to have all of my hair cut to the length of my grown out bangs. The man who did my hair made sure to a quick detail of his station before he brought me back. Then he asked if I was sure and explained to me that 7 inches would come off. I said I knew and he went on with it. I was originally wanting it cut one length so I could grow it out that way but I love it so much I think I may leave it this way!

Horrible experience! First off she didn’t properly clean her area before me. Then she sighed at everything I would ask her. She was horribly rude towards me. She didn’t even want to brush off the excess hair afterwards and on top of that she wouldn’t even use a mirror to show me the back. She was what appeared to be the night manager because she did another stylist checkout so she could leave. NEVER COME HERE would be advice to anyone.

I went to the location in collinsville and got a haircut yesterday unfortunately the lady there messed my haircut up so today I went to location in ofallon IL and had them fix it and Tracy the hair stylist was so nice and understanding and fixed my haircut for me even though it wasn’t their fault she fixed it all for free of charge. Thank you Tracy for fixing my hair definitely made me a lot happier!!

A pretty nice place overall, good haircuts, consistent, clean, organized and has public restrooms and handicap accessible. Julie the Manager is incredible! So nice, patient, calm professional that takes the necessary time to run the store while giving haircuts and even cleaning up in-between each client. Good experience overall and would recommend any male that needs a good cut! Only bad part, its $17 dollars for a men’s haircut vs plenty of places for less. So 5 stars but bc of prices, 4 stars. All around a good place for a good cut

This was the worst haircut my son has had in years. Not only did they jack up his hair, but after I complained I was told by the district manager not to come back. They wouldn’t fix it or have an adult conversation. Run from this place if your young. All elderly women who have zero concept of hair on youth. I will be contacting cooperate.

Every time I get a haircut they trim the back shorter and shorter. I tell them to just square it up and they don’t. Your people need to pay attention to what the customer is wanting. You need to hire people that care. I will not be back for a cut, I will take my business to people that care about how I look.

I recently had many inches cut off my hair after three strokes and brain surgery after 2 years of my hair growing long and when Gail cut it I gave her a hug and told her thank you so much to me it was causing medical issues because I could not brush my hair after I shower or everyday it hurt my arm and my hand which I have problems and therapy for it and now since all those inches were cut off I feel medically safe thank you Gail thank you Great clips
