Wow…. I can’t even, I took my son in to get a cut who hasn’t had a cut in 6 months. He wanted to keep the length as much as possible. So I told the lady to “shape it up” and “trim”. Her exact words were, “I’ll only take about ½ an inch off.” I ran to Schnucks next door and was gone 5 minutes. I come back to find my son with a no gaurd shaved sides and the top not even touched. Furious doesn’t even begin to say how I feel. We will NEVER go back to this place!!!

Positive: QualityI’ve been getting my hair cut here for years. Shelby has been cutting my hair for over 3 years and always does a great job. I take all 4 of my kids there, boys and girls, and each time their hair looks great. Won’t go anywhere else. Thanks for taking care of our hair.

Would not recommend. I showed the stylist a picture of the cut I wanted but she did not cut my hair like it. I wanted a long blunt bob but she gave me a Much shorter cut with layers and long in the front. I am very unhappy with it and my hair takes forever to grow. I spent a lot of time looking for the cut I wanted before deciding to cut my hair and recieved something completely different. I will never go back to a “Great Clips” again.

Good for a fast hair cut but my son needs more than 10 minutes to sit still. He hates his head being touched so it’s a chore and great clips has a 15 minute quota.
