Got a haircut here today and the manager is always nice, as she was today. But the lady working with her who cut my hair had a horrible attitude over me asking about a return on a product I bought a while back (almost a year which she could have just said no instead of being sassy at me the whole time) she told the manager I just didn’t like it when I never once said I simply just didn’t like it I said it didn’t work the way it was suppose to even though I was applying it correctly. And when I was rang up for my hair cut she slammed one hand on the counter and said “your total is $18 today” with the most attitude in her voice and fakest smile I’ve ever seen. Not to mention she didn’t even show me the back of my hair with a mirror when she was done cutting it and didn’t bother to be cautious with the extra hair on the cape which got all over my legs. Probably won’t be back to this location after todays visit. I did get my money back though for the product thanks to the manager.
