Said they couldn’t do a simple style because they are too busy and there wasn’t enough help. There were 3 people working and no one waiting. They could cut my hair, but that would actually take longer than a simple style (not a formal updo). The picture is my youngest son after his haircut. They thought this was an acceptable way to leave his hair after his cut. We had family pics right after getting their haircuts. Very disappointed.

I always use Great Clips. The girls are very friendly, as they always say “Welcome to Great Clips” the moment I walk into the door. Most of the time I use their on line check in system. It makes it super convenient if I just randomly want to go in and get a quick cut. Since they keep notes in their system they usually know how I like to get it cut! Which is pretty awesome!!! Horrible haircut!!! DID NOT cut it as stated. Stated to leave the length, shape it, leave it a long trendy hip male cut. Instead some crazy cut that is not trendy, just embarrassing. And she knew she didn’t cut it the way I wanted and kept going with it. Wow. I should get a complete refund. Never had this happen before. The haircuts coming out of there as we were in there I was told were the worst ever seen. Sorry but this is a classless cut from a licensed hairdresser! Never NEVER AGAIN !!!
