The gentleman that works there completely rude my 60 year old mother shows a picture of what she would like layers/trimmed bob he proceeded to call it a stack I don’t know of your verbiage we want layers along with a bob he proceeded to try and correct my mother and I in a rude way! Luckily a woman came to the rescue and did my moms hair! Excuse my 60 year old mother and I don’t know all the terminology for hair but you really didn’t have to be rude make us feel like we don’t know what we’re talking about! Made us try and feel stupid! Never would I go to that guy! And again as I’m picking my mother up his name is Shane wanted to become ghetto fabulous and proceed to get loud and rude with me of this “stack” haircut never again would I go back up there too ghetto for me!!!

Don’t let your hair ruin by their staff, don’t go there at all. The girl with the blue hair said that she Need to thin my hair because it cause headache my hair is nice before I go there , she ruined after she trim, I said half inch trim only but she cut it 5 inch.. you should not in business, if you don’t follow customer requests… and she insist her rights. Omg.. people I’m telling you, they will practice your hair, go in a good salon.., even 1 star I can’t give it to this salon.. bad bad bad bad grrrrrrrrrr.. danville great clips horrible…
