Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueThe new scheduling app is a little bit difficult to understand, when the app tells you to “Let us know when you’re here” you’re supposed to actually call the store. There is no button on the app that “lets them know when you’re here” and that is not explained well on the app. Their cleanliness and social distancing processes were very good. It was an okay experience. I don’t expect a high-quality experience when going to a quick cuts place. However, my stylist seemed genuinely annoyed at me and was constantly scowling during the cut. I will definitely take my business elsewhere when I need my next trim.

Hopefully this will save someone else’s time and money. Karissa did a horrible job with a simple haircut of #2 on sides and trimming a couple inches off the top. Hopefully this will save someone else’s time and money. Karissa did a horrible job with a simple haircut of #2 on sides and trimming a couple inches off the top. Elisha and Heather always give a great and very reasonably priced haircut. All the other hairstylists do too. Additionally, I’ve never encountered a hair stylist at the Great Clips in Urbana who wasn’t super friendly and accommodating. When it comes to getting my mane trimmed, going to Great Clips is a no brainer.

You don’t always get what you pay for. Monica is my favorite here. She really took the time to ask questions and find out what I want. She didn’t mind cutting a little more when it wasn’t quite short enough. Better to leave it long and keep going than to cut off too much.

I came here yesterday because I was in a hurry and couldn’t book an appointment at my usual salon. I was disappointed with the service I received at the hands of Aisha. She rushed through my haircut and appeared annoyed, ignoring my periodic instructions — even though nobody was waiting and several other hairdressers had no clients at the time.

I enjoy the cuts, they definitely know what they are doing, but I don’t like feeling uncomfortable just because they are moody all the time and seem as though they should be working overnight as a grouchy person at a gas station, rather than a person you have to make eye contact with for an extended period of time, just a buncha grumpy ladies at both the old now shut down locations and also at 5 points, I stopped tipping after a while of it, and today decided to review and move on to maybe a more pleasant experience, I didn’t ask them to be here, and even when u try to pick the nicest, she turns out the same, we all live in the world ladies, I have never been rude to u, u need some customer service somethings or others

Awful. Showed a picture of how I want my hair to be done. She never cared. She looked at it but ended up doing what she knew or what she interpreted of the picture. Both conditions are bad. If you slightly interject and make them aware that they might have cut a side too short, they take it personally and think they’re being insulted by being told what they should be good at or have a better appreciation of the feedback. Anyways, never again.
