Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have gone to Great Clips for along time. There is so much to like. I have used 2 locations. Everyone is always nice. One of the features I love is that they put info in the computer about how they cut your hair. So if your regular stylist isn’t in the other one knows what size guard to use to use where. I have short hair and not everyone knows how to cut short hair without making you look like a boy. They listen to what you want. They will even tell you if the cut is shorter than i expect and customize it for me. Mary is awesome! The shop is always clean.I don’t know who will actually read this, but I saw acouple different comments about time and bathroom usage. You have to remember that we are in different times now. Alot of smaller business do not allow bathroom usage for customers and clients. It is to protect us and them! As for the time saying 10 min and ended up 20 they are have to sterilize and let it dry. Again our safety and they are regulate by the State as well. Have patience. I personally question any walk in that gets you in straight after the next person and public restroom. Who exactly cleans and sterlizes them after each us. I mean sterilize not just go in and wipe them down with a wet paper towel. So if that is why you won’t go back because bathroom or time you may not be the kind of clientele they need if you can’t be understanding.
