Not happy with my hair cut. I brought two pictures because I wasn’t sure which one my previously layered hair cut would allow me to get. One was a bob and one was more of a stacked pixie cut. She said she understood, began dry cutting my hair(UGG) then when I asked which one did we decide on she said a little bit of both. By the time she got to my bangs she didn’t know what she was going to do and asked me. I was so flustered I said straight wisked like to blend…what a mess. I don’t think I’ll go back. My hair didn’t look like either picture and is very heavy on the top. Thank God its cooler season, back to hats until it grows out.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI typically go to a different location in Peoria, but the wait was over 60 minutes. I stopped here on my way back from Bloomington and was very impressed! Sean cut my son’s hair and did absolutely amazing! Very patient + knows how to entertain a kid. He was extremely fast and did one of the best cuts! I highly recommend sean!

Critical: ProfessionalismI always go to this location since last 2.5 years every month and I will keep going. But only problem I have is untrained new employees, its not a same thing to have new employee at restaurants and new employee at hair salon.They should be provided proper training before jumping on to the actual hair cutting of person who might have came there to get hair cut done for his meeting next day or any important occasion. Not reaching to customers expectation at hair salon is not something which can be undo or resolved by refunds or any compensations, because if they messed up with your hair by just not knowing how to give blended faded look on someone’s head, then a proper training is definitely needed there.
