I went in with a photo and the name of the hairstyle I wanted I felt the stylist just didn’t give a care about what I wanted and proceeded to do what she wanted to do. I was not happy with the end result and didn’t care for what I ended up with which was nothing like the photo or the name of the hairstlye I provided. It only proceeded to get worse when I got home and took a deeper investigative look into the haircut she totally messed up my hair and now I am probably going to have to get a buzz cut because I can not style this hair in any form that makes it look good she has chopped it so bad that it is different lengths way way longer on top then what I wanted and even using product to try to make something of it is not working. She claimed to have been a stylist for 6 years but if I am being brutally honest this looks like the work of someone who never attended school. I have used this facility before and never had a horrific experience like this before. Now it makes me question about never using this facility again. I think Great Clips needs to focus more on quality not quantity. I could go to a neighborhood barbershop and get a better haircut and for that matter better service. Also I would like to say this stylist should never be allowed to touch hair again until she gets better training. Worst haircutting experience of my life.

DO NOT GO HERE. I went in yesterday thinking it would be okay to get just a trim because my stylist was overbooked. My hair was about 2″ past my shoulders and I asked for it to be cut about an inch to be just past my shoulders. I showed a picture of me with my normal length, which was even the exact cut of the ad when you first walk in, which I mentioned. No problem I thought. The stylist even held the amount of hair to cut to get my approval. But, she proceeded to cut about 4″ off. I am devastated. I even told her that the trim was because my boyfriend was about to propose. Worst of all, she called another stylist over because she made one side lopsided and wanted to shorten it even more. I told them it was aleady too short and left in tears. My boyfriend, who usually goes to the Moline location with no issues, was also given a rushed cut but doesn’t look near as bad as me. An honest friend said I was given the Dora haircut and another said Lord Farquaad. If you do go here, do not take your glasses off like they say and watch closely! We will look terrible for our engagement now. Worst $36 we’ve ever spent (he tipped before seeing how bad I looked).
