I took a friend there to get a haircut. My friend is a little slow and need some help and I had to kind of direct person cutting her hair to cut it in the back better she was leaving it shaggy then when my friends checked out all the sudden she was paying $33 for a haircut because she had been sold some 1.75 fluid ounce bottle of some kind of hair oil to make her hair thicker and charge the $15 for that the problem was her hair is plenty thick and this should have even been recommended it was kind of a sales pitch that got my friend to buy it my advice is to go and make sure that you tell them exactly how you want it cut and don’t let him sell you extra things.

Went in with my 8year old daughter today. She wanted a bob cut. The dresser was taking her time and all of a sudden tells me “she can’t get a cut today!” Ummm what. She then tells me my daughter has lice eggs! So I leave and go to target and get treatment $30 worth! We have always used lice prevention so I knew we was okay, but better safe then sorry! I get home and I’m inspected my daughters hair. Those in fact are not lice eggs and dandruff. It came out sooo easily with OUR COMB & FINGER! Soooo now my 8year old is frantic thinking she has bugs when in fact she doesn’t. Now she’s asking why the lady lied. I even used the lice spray and lice comb and still no eggs or bugs not a single 1! Never again will we go to this location!
