Critical: QualityI’ve brought my daughter here before to donate hair & she received a nice cut at her shoulders in early 2019. I brought her here today 8/29/2020 to do the same thing. I thought it was 10 inches to donate but the lady said it was 12. Even at 12 inches it would have been at her shoulders. Due to COVID I could not be in there with her(she’s 7) but okay. I wait in car. I am watching her get her hair cut from car & the lady keeps cutting & cutting. I went in there & told her to stop. That’s not what I wanted( at this point my daughters hair is above her chin. I realize it’s hair but I have never been this upset over hair. I did pay for the service which the lady offered to give for free but I paid & I will never go back! I had to take my daughter to someone else to fix the hack job in the back & also to even out the front since one side was longer than the other. I’ve brought my daughter here before to donate hair & she received a nice cut at her shoulders in early 2019. I brought her here today 8/29/2020 to do the same thing. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityLast week I walked into Greatclips looking for a haircut. I tried to get my haircut done during my hour break. I informed the girl that I didn’t check in online but I am willing to wait. I was given 20 minutes. At about 25 minutes they finished with a customer and started to clean their area. Another customer walks in. She asked if he checked in online. He responded with yes and she invites him to a chair. She then looks at me and says it will be just a little more time. At this point, I had to cancel because we are running out of time.I tried to get a hair cut again this week. I decided I would do the check in so i could get in this time. I check in when the timer says 22 minutes and I was about 15 minutes away. As I approach Greatclips the timer goes from 4 minutes back to 20 something. I walked in and informed them that I had checked in online and was curious as to why my timer went from 4 minutes to 20 something. I was treated with customer service that would send you running for the door. I explained, all I am trying to do is use their system to fit in a haircut that takes 20 minutes during my hour break. First time I was told it was because I didn’t check in, the second time I checked in and someone gets put in from of me with 4 minutes left. Last week I walked into Greatclips looking for a haircut. I tried to get my haircut done during my hour break. I informed the girl that I didn’t check in online but I am willing to wait. I was given 20 minutes. At about 25 minutes they finished with a customer and started to clean their area. Another customer walks in. She asked if he checked in online. Critical: QualityWhen she was doing it my glasses were off lmaoooo. I honestly should have went to my stylist before going there it was an irrational decision I was eager to see something new. I thought my hair cut would turn out right. I read the reviews about the unevenness .. I gave it a shot anyways. Haha… all I’m saying is I tipped for no reason after I realized how bad the hair cut was.. do your self a favor and don’t make the mistake I did. See someone else. When she was doing it my glasses were off lmaoooo. I honestly should have went to my stylist before going there it was an irrational decision I was eager to see something new. I thought my hair cut would turn out right. I read the reviews about the unevenness .. I gave it a shot anyways. Haha… all I’m saying is I tipped for no reason after I realized how bad the hair cut was.. do your self a favor and don’t make the mistake I did. See someone else. I might as well have cut my hair myself lol. Your experience may differ from mine tho.
