Critical: ProfessionalismI had to come on here and edit my review sadly. If I could give this salon a 0 Starr rating I most certainly would. I have been coming here faithfully for years, simply because their BEST stylist Kristin was my ALWAYS go to. She is professional & fun & does exactly what my hair needs every single time. I have never once walked out of that salon feeling anything less than a 10 when SHE does my hair. I was recently informed when trying to book that she is no longer employed here. Who in there right mind gets rid of their BEST stylist? I know for me and MANY others, we will never come back to this salon, after hearing how horribly they treat their employees.Noone at that salon does hair to the quality of Kristin and honestly you are going to be disappointed if you go here now. I know of ppl driving an hour just to give her their business. I can’t wait to see how badly this salon will be hurting without her very loyal clientele coming to this location ONLY because of Kristin. I have been coming here faithfully for years, simply because their BEST stylist Kristin was my ALWAYS go to. She is professional & fun & does exactly what my hair needs every single time. Critical: Quality, ValueI brought my 11 year old son in this weekend to get a haircut, especially to clean up the top of his head and get the bangs out of his face. Not only did the cut turn out different on both sides of his head, but his bangs were STILL IN HIS FACE. I asked the stylist to trim them up and he proceeded to tell me that he had already. I told him AT LEAST three times during the cut that he needed his bangs cut and was completely ignored. I brought my 11 year old son in this weekend to get a haircut, especially to clean up the top of his head and get the bangs out of his face. Not only did the cut turn out different on both sides of his head, but his bangs were STILL IN HIS FACE. I asked the stylist to trim them up and he proceeded to tell me that he had already. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueKristen was so good with my son. He often cries and screams when getting his hair cut. She was very patient and so calm which really helped him with his hair cut! I am so thankful for her and will be returning again to her!
