Critical: QualityI went in for a hair cut, I showed a picture, it was pretty much a cleaner, more even version of what I had already, just shorter. Courtney was the one that cut it, and I knew I messed up choosing this salon immediately after she started cutting. She didn’t wet my hair or even barely look at it or the picture.
