I’ve never had a bad experience at Great Clips. This was my first time at this location, as it was sort of a spur of the moment decision. The employees were very friendly. I checked in online shortly before I got there, and there was no wait, even though it was a Saturday. I got right in, got a barber, and they went to work. Unfortunately I can’t remember her name, she did a great job! I was in and out in about 15 minutes with a great new haircut!

Critical: Quality, ValueAbsolute worst hair cut I have ever had, I was a walk in appointment on my lunch break! Although the lady took 10 minutes to cut my hair. She absolutely butchered my hair in the process. Uneven on both sides, the lining is terrible. I asked her for a fade and said I don’t normally get my hair cut, I cut my own! I gave the woman a 20 dollar tip on top of it cause I couldn’t get a good look at it and normally when you get your hair cut at a business it’s not Terri-bad! Positive: ValueThe stylist was very nice. she trimmed my eybrows too. .I really liked me haircut when I left. But then I noticed that it was very choppy on one side and almost a spot left with no hair. I will let it grow and then have it sone again. This will not stop me from coming to great clips.
