My son just received the most hack job haircut I have ever seen in my life from this store. Asked for a classic boy cut, parted to the side. We received an uneven hack (how do you cut it this short, and still uneven is a gift I supposed) that is still on the boys ears, with his bangs completed trimmed short and also uneven. It looks like a blind person who has never cut hair before was purposefully giving the worst haircut they could to my child. Will never go to any Great Clips location again, and will have to just buzz his head completely.

When I lived in Chicago I came here frequently – at first my main stylist was Alina but then I changed to Dolores. I moved to another county over an hour away, but whenever I visit the city I try to go see Dolores; she is the only person who can cut my hair the way I want it! Over the summer I had to get a clean up from a random stylist in my town – big mistake. Dolores fixed that hack job. I will keep coming to this location as long as she is there! She is great!

I went on a Wednesday to get my hair cut done by Claudia because she knows what she’s doing. Unfortunately she wasn’t there. It took a while but I told them I would do a review for my wonderful experience with Great Clips on Touhy next to Walgreens. I want to personally thank the manager and especially Claudia, my stylist that day. Claudia, her other coworker and manager were ready to leave that day, when the snow fall for Chicago was expected to become extreme. I arrived after I had checked in online and the manager said that they tried contacting me to cancel my check in and that they were closing early due to the snowfall warning. I pleaded with him to have someone just trim a little of my hair and I could leave quickly. He inquired with Claudia, who was at the front with him. Claudia agreed and she trimmed my hair and I was a happy customer! Thank you Great Clips for going above and beyond! Stay safe and may you continue to prosper in your business!
