Had the manager there cut my hair… Hispanic woman with blondish hair, she did the absolutely worst job ever. She’s rushed because they were so busy, and yes I have very long and thick hair. But if she didn’t want to cut it, she should have said so. I asked for layers, and she only layered one side. It looks terrible and I really didn’t want to cut my hair short,, but since she butchered my hair, now I have no choice but to cut it off. Thanks alot, maybe you should advertise that you can only cut men’s hair!!

I went to get a trim and i got Isabel. She cut off 4″ it was uneven so I had to go back to get it fixed. To make it even she took off 2 more inches. I will never be back again. I am editing this because I went back today and Teresa did an amazing job fixing my hair. I would get it done by her again

I’ve been having problems finding a local place to do a good job with my kids hair and this place nailed it. We had two stylists, showed each one a pic of what the kid wanted and they were able to do the exact same cut. Sounds simple but no one else seems to be able to do a simple faux hawk on our boys. It’s cheap too!

All of the stylists here are great!!! Except for 2. I can’t stand one of the regular stylists (who’s been there for years) & I dont like one of the other girls, who’s only been there for a couple of years, because she’s fake. (She calls everyone a nickname.) The manager (Theresa) & regional manager (Adriana) are excellent, too!!! I’ve sent a few people here because of the service!!!
