I am extremely happy with my haircut from this great clips location. It’s so nice to have my hair actually look right! The woman who cut my hair paid a lot of attention to detail and I appreciate that very much! She took her time and didn’t rush my haircut. Other places will sometimes rush it, which makes me very anxious leading to a weird cut. Not this time. Will definitely be going back again 🙂

The app basically tells you how long you may have to wait. If people check in ahead of you they get called before you, so the app is basically how long you can expect to wait. Other than that it serves no real purpose. You might as well just walk in and check in you just won’t know how long the wait is ahead of time. They weren’t checking people in when I entered and started calling people ahead of me that were lower on the waiting list, their system is flawed. Why not just call customers from the top of the list, since you don’t have anyone designated to check people in when you’re away from the front? If they don’t answer call the next person, it’s not that complicated.
