Do not get your hair cut by the blonde lady that brings her equipment in a little pink plastic box. Asked for a trim and she cut off all most all my hair. Literally felt like she was sanding the sides of my head with the razor. Terrible

Not recommended for persons requiring extra attention for their hair or more than usual time to explain requirements, its like fast food service , get your meal and beat it ! The barber who attended me was too fast and not listening to what I was saying , she did not have the least courtesy to dry my hair properly after the cut, she only wants to get the to next client as quickly as possible. Generally , Her attitude was unacceptable.

The haircuts for our two sons had been a regular thing that I used to do over many years. Whenever we take them to GC, they end up with bad haircuts. My elder son comes home with a bit of his front hair standing up as if it is a cap and my younger son ended up with no side burns, totally taken out, especially when they both needed to be presentable for a joint rehearsal tomorrow. The very purpose of having their haircuts in the first place.

Actually followed my wonderful stylist, Melinda, to her new promotion to manager at the Westmont, IL from 26+ miles away. That is how much I think of her, her personality, and her talent, and her pride in her creations to your hair. She has never gotten upset when I wanted something changed if possible. She goes all out, within reason, to ensure you are happy.

More misses than hits with their stylists. Found a great stylist at a different location but due to time constraints, went to a new location, after all it was just a trim. Not sure this lady understands measurements. I agreed to 3 inches as I had a lot of damage. She did a quick cut, not much attention to detail or shaping and didn’t even touch the front! Didn’t show me the cut either when she was done. Once I got home I looked in my mirror. Not only did she take more than 3″ but it looks like I took a pair of scissors and just cut straight across. Very blunt, not finished or professional looking at all! Thank god it’s ponytail weather…. hopefully it grows quickly and I can go back to my regular stylist! Lesson learned.
