Not one knows how to cut hair here. All the girls here are nice and friendly but they definitely need more training on cutting mens hair. The one younger girl has really messed up my son’s hair this time. His hair was left so uneven, so chopped I had to take him somewhere else to get it fixed. So disappointed. Haircut

Sadly this will be my last time at this place. I have been going for years and never had an issue. The lady who cut my hair was so nice and personable, however the cut was terrible. Super choppy and uneven. I had to cut pieces myself to make it look decent. I can’t straighten my hair because it looks so bad.

Critical: ProfessionalismTried to call to make appointment, robot system said store was not taking phone calls & store was open until 6 pm & to use the app to make appointment.Used app, said store was only accepting walk in & wouldn’t let me check in. Said store was open until 6pm for walk in customers.Drove to store after work & got there at 5:30pm. 30 minutes until close. Sign on door said open until 6pm. Big sign with glowing red letters said OPEN.Tried to walk in, got blocked by blond woman saying they were not letting customers in anymore.I tried all forms of making an appointment, followed your posts of open business hours, & did everything possible to be your customer.
