Hit or miss with these haircuts, but yesterday was the last straw. Most uneven haircut of my entire life. It’s not like men’s haircuts are complicated, but we do want you to cut all my hair. Completely forgot the back left side. Was she drunk? I could have cut it better myself. I won’t be back.

I tend not to leave any negative comments if possible. But I am going to be completely honest if you have a sophisticated haircut, or as they like to say “crazy haircut”. I would most definitely look somewhere else even if the price is 4 times as much there. Whatever you do, don’t mess up your hairstyles here. I would have tried cutting my hair with scissors then to give them the task of fixing up my hair.

After my haircut I stood in front of mirror to fix my hair. Amd one of the workers came over by my station and started sweeping. The place was empty no customers and they still had about a good hour before closing. She was nodding with her face for me to move. I said di you have to sweep this specific section NOW, while I’m still standing here. Well she decided to keep sweeping, lady swept right over my shoes while I was standing there. With her Hairy broom!!!! No apology not even after I moved out of her way. . I feel like 90%of employees working at great clips are rude and are never happy working.

The worst haircut ever that I got from this place. A very poor job, not sure why this place is still open. They literally took a chunk of hair off above the right ear, uneven hair length. I have been going to this Great Clips for a few years now and have been extremely happy with the haircuts I have been getting. I was seeing Karen until she left during Covid. Now I am seeing Susan who does an excellent job. Hope she doesn’t ever leave as it is hard finding someone you trust with your hair. I also like the system they have there and their concern over this pandemic and trying to keep everything safe for their customers.

I’ve only had one bad experience about a year ago. A lady cut my hair and it was longer on one side compared to the other. I contacted Great Clips directly and compensated me for the error. I went back the very next day to pay to have it fixed (and they could see the issue). I was more than willing to pay for it to be fixed but they were more than generous to fix it free of charge. We all make mistakes, but when you have customer service like that, it is what keeps customers coming back.

Very pleased with this location- the hairstylist are always polite and professional. I have been going here for several years now and wouldn’t think about changing. Petra is one of the best – I recommend you use her to cut your hair although you may have to wait to get your haircut because she usually has a few people waiting for her. I recommend using the online check-in as well.
