I usually go to a different location (Darirn, who has THE BEST STYLISTS!!!), as I have a bad back & I can’t stand in the shower long enough to wash my hair. But this time I went in to this location (because I had bedn here once before). Marilyn did my shampoo. She has long pretty hair, down to her waist, & when she leaned over to wash my hair, it got in my face (which is disgusting, with COVID-19 still looming)!!! It was also tickling my face, so I asked her to pull it up. I could tell she didn’t like that I asked her to pull her hair back. And then, after shampooing it, she conditioned my hair TWICE, LEAVING CONDITIONER IN IT BOTH TIMES!!! SO MUCH SO, THAT MY HAIR WAS GREASY ON TOP, JUST AFTER SHE HAD WASHED IT (and I had left)!!! I DON’T RECOMMEND A.N.Y.O.N.E. TO GO HERE!!!!!! AND if you MUST go, DON’T LET MARILYN DO YOUR HAIR!!! If I’d had a cut, she probably would’ve shaved ALL OF IT OFF!!! Just for asking her (very nicely, I might add) if she would pull up her hair because it was tickling my face!!!!!! She deserves a very harsh reprimand!!! DEFINITELY N.O.T. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I STILL LOVE THE DARIEN LOCATION ❤!!! The management is great in Darien, too!!!. I have never rely talked to the manager at the Naper Blvd. location, so I can’t say anything goid or bad about her. But she seems pleasant.

Words couldn’t even begin to describe how awful this place, I had to bust out my thesaurus just to find the words for this wretched place. They should be paying me instead with there horrible services. I asked not to go to short on the top and the lady who was cutting my hair might aswell have made me look like cailou with a bowl cut. The haircut that I got from them was something my mother gave me when I was 6 years old. The people here at this place do not follow simple instructions. I’m planning on just getting a buzz cut at this point because of this outlandish haircut. Never coming back here again.

She cut off an extra 3 inches from my hair, completely disregarding my initial request. Not only did she refuse to listen to my instructions, the layers she put into my hair look atrocious! I had been to this great clips about a year ago and was very disappointed, one of the worst haircuts I’d ever gotten. Great clips outdid themselves this time. If I divided the top of my head into 3 different sections the length of hair would be very different in every section. The left is long, middle longer, and the right side they basically shaved my head. Where does great clips find these people? The right side is longer than the left and the middle does not match either one. Nothing worse than a bad haricut. I came in for a trim and the woman that attended me cut 4 inches off! My hair is always cut in a V Shape & she cut it straight across and didn’t care to touch up the layers. Would not recommend this location. They don’t care what you ask for, they’ll still do what they think “looks best”. Haircut

For a Great Clips, this place is disgustingly dirty. Looks like the place hasn’t been cleaned in a year. Hair all over the place. On the walls, stuck in the dividers, on the counters. My hair cutter person was eating at her work station with hair everywhere. I had been going to this location for a very long time. This place has completely gone down hill. I will not be back. To many other options.
