Critical: Professionalism, QualityWent in for haircut for myself and my son. My haircut was fine, however the stylist who cut my son’s hair and who appeared to be the owner/manager gave my son a haircut which just didn’t look good, and I asked for some changes to try and find a low maintenance haircut that would work. The haircut wasn’t the issue, but what was is the stylist then getting uncomfortably close to me and berating me, telling me that “if I didn’t take the time to put gel in my 6 year olds hair that he will look like ‘Herman Meunster’, that he will never learn to take care of his appearance and his hair will continue to look bad.” I suspect her issue was really with me asking to try and find a look for my son that would work with low maintenance requiring re-work on her part and frankly I was planning on tipping appropriately as a result), but this was apparently putting a big strain her day.We were the only two people in the shop the whole time, and when we left not one person was waiting.
