Online check in does not work. Out of the 6 times I’ve used the online check in for this location, it has not worked 3 of the times just never placing me in their queue. Despite having texts and the webpage stating where i was in the queue, the staff was unwilling to do anything besides re-entering my info into the back of the queue, doubling the time I already waited. The haircuts were passable (though nothing above average) but the service was terrible. One of the worst Great Clips locations i have ever been to.

Called last minute at 447pm on a Saturday to get a haircut and asked if they could still do it even though they close at 5 and she said as long as you’re here before 5 so I drove out of my way and got there at 456 and she says sorry we’re closed. I’m like I just called you a few minutes ago and you said to come in. She’s like sorry we just closed. Like nana nana boo boo. I’m like you should’ve just said no so I wouldn’t have wasted my gas, time etc. Humanity is lost in most people these days

Got my haircut here several times, unfortunately service is usually sketchy. Sometimes they do a good job sometimes they don’t. Now let me preface this with I HATE complaining about businesses as I know how hard people work. With that said, what irked me today was the fact that I was sitting there with no one else in the salon and instead of taking me the stylist decided to take her her time and wait in the back for another customer to walk in. After the customer walked in (whom she obviously knew because of their conversation) she came right out and took him immediately since he had checked in online before me. This wouldn’t of been an issue had she simply taken the next customer after their regular routine of cleaning the area and such. Might even of finished my cut before that customer walked in. Guess I’ll be going to another place for haircuts now. Shame.

Critical: ProfessionalismDonna was so rude and unprofessional with a huge chip on her shoulder! When the so called manager acts like this toward her customers, that’s not a good manager to have your other employees look up to because they start acting the same way! You can be mean and rude to me, but when you’re mean and rude to my 6 year old son, that’s a whole new level of low!! The haircut I wanted was some short layers to add some volume and when my stylist was showing me the length that she wanted to cut my hair it looked like it was going to be cut too short so I opted for long layers. I also wanted my hair to frame my face in the front. The haircut I received was okay, it was at the length I wanted but no framing around the face or any volume at all. It almost looks the same as when I walked in, only the ends are trimmed. It got the job done for getting rid of the split ends, but wasn’t the look I envisioned.Service was okay, and got my haircut at a decent time. My husband and my nephew gets their haircut here. Never had a problem. Always satisfied with their haircuts. Always friendly and always make sure on what cut they want. The only thing is the air conditioner is broke for weeks. Poor staff is working in this heat and the customers have to endure this. Please get this fixed. I’m pretty sure you will loose customers.

I like this Great Clips. Prices are reasonable. There is not a long wait. The hair cutters are like family . I just love my hair cutter Jackie she’s great. Also the store is clean and well organized. I go every six weeks it’s great.
