We took online appointments was showing 20 minutes and reached there and saw only 1 customer was there and remain sitting on chair and gossiping. I show photo to that employee name Maria and told her to make a cut and small lines and she refused rudely and replied “we just cut. No hair style we do.”

Took my mom there this morning, the stylist had a frown on her face…they all did. No one looked happy except the girl who checked us in. The stylist who cut my mom hair had it uneven. I had to send her back to the chair so they could fix the obvious mistake. I will never allow my mom to go there anymore. I ran a salon for many years before I retired. I would fire the whole staff of stylists. Terrible place.

My daughter had her hair cut today, had a picture of the cut she wanted and told her stylist REPEATEDLY not to take any length that she just wanted layers even when she was cutting it. She kept telling her that she would still have her length. She cut off at least 4 inches and my daughter is devastated.

UPDATE 6/17/20: I changed my rating from 3 stars to 5 today. Customer Service put me in touch with the manager of this salon and she had me come back in today to fix what was not to my satisfaction. She evened out any choppy layers and gave me an awesome haircut I was expecting the first time. Thanks so much! I really like this salon and will continue to be a customer. Please give them a chance to correct any mistakes on haircuts with their satisfaction guaranteed 🙂

Staff if super friendly. Super upset with my recent hair cut. I’m not upset of how much I ended up cutting off I’m happy with that. I’m upset that I walked in with curly hair and walked out with frizz and now I look like a poodle. I had to put my hair in a pond tail because of how frizzy it got.
