Disaster. I got a haircut and after taking a shower at home. This is what I got. They have no idea how to give a proper haircut. Be careful who you let to give you the hair cut. I went there for 2 years. Never had an issue. Now I have to go somewhere else to fix if it’s possible.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityTook my kids for a hair cut & a lady shaved my sons eyebrow. I told the lady and I completely understand accidents happen, but she insisted that she didn’t do that & told my 8 year old to not lie & tell me what really happened to his brow because that looked like he or someone else did it but not her. She showed a co worker & the co worker said that it was not her. They made comments and basically said my son was a liar & my son even said it’s okay I know it was an accident but they insisted he was lying. They both put my son in a very awkward situation he is only 8. I wasn’t asking for my money back , I even tipped BUT the experience was horrible.
