Worst attitude ever from a stylist named Victoria. I came here for a men’s haircut. When cutting my hair, I noticed that there were huge patches of missing hair on the top of my head. When I asked, Victoria mentioned that it’s because my hair is dry and will be fixed once I wash it. I found that to be a silly/stupid/irresponsible answer because I’m not a kid getting a haircut for the first time. I’ve been to hundreds of Great Clips all over North America (over a thousand times) and never have I experienced such patches of missing hair. The answer I received was not satisfactory and I didn’t want to be rude in an environment full of customers. So I proceeded to pay for my haircut. I used an old coupon I received from my previous haircut at Great Clips. So I ended up paying a discounted rate. For the sort of poor haircut I got, I didn’t feel like giving a tip, especially when there was such a rude “Cover your a**” response from the stylist Victoria. After paying, Victoria asked me if I wanted to tip in a sharp tone. I said that I entered no on the card machine. In a rude manner, Victoria tossed my receipt and turned away. Firstly, a tip is something a customer gives the stylist as an appreciation for the good service. My haircut was a disaster in the first place. Secondly, if I do not feel like tipping, it’s because I am not satisfied with the service I received, not because I am being petty. Good haircuts should definitely be appreciated, and in this case, it was poorly done. I don’t understand why there is such a rude gesture from the stylist. Is this the way Great Clips trains their stylists to treat UNIVERSITY STUDENTS? And guess what, just like Victoria mentioned, I did wash my hair. There’s a huge patch of missing hair towards the frontside of my head. Thank you so much for messing up my hair Victoria. For this sort of poor haircut you gave me, I wish I could give you negative tips, if only it exists

This review is specifically for Gina. I have come to this location before and have had good experiences, but Gina was the single worst stylist I have ever encountered at a Great Clips. I specifically told her a liked having a scissor cut on top, but at the end of the appointment, without asking permission, she decided to take some clippers and lopped off hair on top. It completely ruined my hair. I have been going to great clips for at least a decade, and this was the single worst hair cut I have ever received.

This was the worst haircut I have ever received. The hair stylist lacked the ability to estimate how much hair would be left after it was cut, and completely ignored my request and instead feigned to be knowledgeable and messed it up. Do not recommend, unless you would like to give them exact measurements and a step by step process on how to cut your hair, as it’s obvious they do not have the ability to understand without someone holding their hand.

I really wanted to get my son’s cut hear, but when talking to the short black haired lady with glasses. The third time she asked for my phone number, after asking for my address for some reason, I just left. On my way out, she ask “oh your leaving?” What a wait of my time and gas.
