I’ve been here many times and have taken my kids here many times. We have had some good cuts and some bad ones but I have to say that Sam is great. I have very long hair and when I get it cut, most people comb it all back and cut the back, not even bother to touch the front. Yesterday I specifically waited for Sam since I’ve had good experiences with her. I got 8 inches cut off my hair. She cut it exactly where I requested in length, cut it properly (sectioning it off) and she trimmed up the front. She was very nice and friendly. Sam will be my go to person there now.

Today Friday 23rd December 4pm I dropped a friend of my of for a haircut as advertised no appointment needed I watched he and another customer were the only 2 in at the time long story short my friend waited until 5:15pm and still no haircut several customer entered and were immediately taken care of because my friend was Black he was bypassed he decided to leave. I seriously hope it is not a prejudice established will be keeping eye on this place shame

The hairstylist I had didn’t listen to what I had asked for. Asked for a collarbone length front cut for an angled bob and my hair was cut to my chin in front. Also, the stylist seemed to think I meant a straight bob, when I clearly asked for an angled bob. I even showed a picture at the beginning that had an obvious angle to the cut, but my hair still came out as a straight bob. NEVER AGAIN!
