So today I went in with my daughter to get her bangs and the woman cutting her hair was so rude and gave me so much attitude. My daughter is 1 and it was her first haircut. I asked if I could have her sit on my lap just to keep her still and calm and the woman rolled her eyes at me. My baby was scared since it was her first time getting it cut, and the woman honestly was just plain rude and it didn’t seem like she had any experience working with kids. You’d think she would be gentle or at least able to distract a little but she honestly made our first experience not good or fun at all. I wish I got her name, because honestly she had the worst customer service and the worst attitude.

I have taken my 13 yr old son here quite a few times since we moved to the area. He has natural curly hair, likes it longer on top and a short fade on sides and back. We went there yesterday and when we first walked in, I could tell the stylist was upset. This was not the first time she acted this way, whether she was his stylist or not.. However, our schedules are very busy and he has pics coming up for graduation, so we stayed.

I went in a few weeks back I can’t say enough I love Tina and Cellest they listen and know exactly what me and my daughter want when it comes to cut and style ! On the other hand when we did go in for the appointment we were interrupted by one of their hair stylists coming in angry saying ignorant rude things to the two hairstylist with disregard to the laying customers sitting there minding our business trying to get a quick cuts we don’t need to hear how your upset and what business of the reason why your upset with your fellow employees while sitting in a chair for a haircut wait until the end of the night when we are gone to confront them very disrespectful and rude I believe her name was Anna you need to relearn customer service if your going to be in the industry we don’t need to know your business !!
