Critical: QualityI just came in last minute to get my bangs cut and some layers in my hair. The lady right as i walked in was pushy and a bit rude. She had shorter hair and some type of fairy mask. She goes in and chops my hair in different lengths not even layers. By the way she didn’t even wet my hair and was yanking on my hair. Then she cuts the sides of my front hair weird. She then forgets that i wanted bangs so i asked her to cut them. She wanted to cut them legit where my baby hairs end. I told her no i wanted them to my eyes so i can style them. and she does quite the opposite and cuts straight across so now they sit above my eyebrows WITHOUT being styled. She rushed the whole thing and messed up my hair completely to where now i’m chopping it off at home. I used to come to this place when it hair cuttery, first time here since it changed. I just came in last minute to get my bangs cut and some layers in my hair. The lady right as i walked in was pushy and a bit rude. She had shorter hair and some type of fairy mask. She goes in and chops my hair in different lengths not even layers. By the way she didn’t even wet my hair and was yanking on my hair. Then she cuts the sides of my front hair weird. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI am not a complainer by any means. I was in the Shorewood salon today and Carrie cut my hair. First of all when combing my hair she just yanked through the knots pulling my hair out. Then she started cutting it and I questioned why she isn’t wetting my hair. I never had a hair cut where the stylist didn’t wet my hair. She said her arm hurts and if the hair is wet it’s heavier and hurts more (then she should of stayed home.) She asked me once to put my head down and I guessed I moved and a few times pushed my head down without saying anything. Then when she was done I questioned that one side was longer and she just looked and said no it’s not without even checking. When I was checking out I asked her how do I sign up to get the coupons because I used to get them and all she said was I don’t know. Not nice or helpful at all. Over 16 years I have come to the shop when it was by Target and the new location. Never had such a rude, unprofessional person ever. If I talked or treated someone like that I wouldn’t have a job. I am not a complainer by any means. I was in the Shorewood salon today and Carrie cut my hair. First of all when combing my hair she just yanked through the knots pulling my hair out. Then she started cutting it and I questioned why she isn’t wetting my hair. I never had a hair cut where the stylist didn’t wet my hair.
