Today I got my hair cut. It was not so good experience with Asian lady. I told her to get my hair cut simple such that I can comb my hair and she used 4 number around my head and little scissors. When I got home and cleaned my hair with shampoo and comb my hair it was not perfect because I was able to identify short hair and long hair and it was uneven.

This is the worst great clips I’ve been to. The stylist refused to cut my hair according to my preferences and wanted to take off an inch. My hair had grown to full length and I did not want to come back, so, I asked her to do a 2 on top and scissors on the sides and instead, she decided to do 2 all around. Never coming back here. Also, she was rude when a phone call came in asking whether they do beard shaves. She did not want to be there and her attitude showed.

Today is now probably the fifth time the stylist has messed up my fiance’s hair. He gets a buzz cut, everytime. This time is the worst. He has patches that make it look like he has a disease. We now have to shave his head bald at home because the stylist told him she doesn’t have a razor.

I needed a haircut and didn’t want to spend a lot of money so I decided to go here. I was sceptical at first but the barber I had was very detailed and did a great job. She was very friendly and professional and would cone back here again. I found a $5 off coupon code that she honored and I was happy to add it to her tip. Best $20 spent I must say. $11 for the hair cut after $5 off coupon and $9 tip to make up for the bs tips some clients give. Dont be that bs client. A wise man once told me a one good rule to follow is ” always over tip, you will be treated like a king” . Don’t let anyone fool you, we are all kings and queens! Be humble and kind king and queens!

This is the worst Great Clips I’ve ever been to.i only wish I read views. I thought she was giving me a side part,( I kept I wanted side part, no problem )but I was talking to her pleasantly enough and then suddenly she’s done with me and I have bangs. Then she was arguing with me , When I got upset, Of course I’m gonna be upset that’s not what I wanted. I’m so sorry I tried this Great Clips again lesson learned.

I wish I could give zero stars because going to this Great Clips resulted in the worst haircut of my life. The staff who works here does not care and are just trying to give quick 5 minute cuts. They did not fade right, and basically just took the scissors to my hair without any technique. I was almost in tears and embarrassed that this was my Easter haircut. I am so disappointed. I’m writing this review to warn others to STAY AWAY. Please do not go here…they need to be shut down! I know the workers probably do not care about bad reviews and will continue to give wack haircuts.

Today after work I’ve stopped by the location in Remington plaza. There is one person handling the whole business, she’s Ok however I would improve her customer service. When arrived she asked me to wait because there were two people before me. I had no problem, after 20 minutes somebody else showed up. She asked me to wait after the newcomer because he checked in using the app. It never happened to me, I’ve used the app before and I had to wait anyways. Great clips app it’s a joke, it should work for them only. That poor location is depressing and sloooooow. Great clips, if you want to play the big corp, try at least to have two people in a location. One star.

Worst and rude staff. Went with a four year old for hair cut, a female staff wont even listen and be gentle to kid. When asked, if she can slow down and be little gentle, she wouldn’t even listen . Willnot recommend this location at all.
