Critical: Professionalism, QualityJust had the worst haircut experience of my life here. I don’t ever leave neg reviews, but this had to be done. The stylist in question is Ofelia, she was extremely rude and did not want to listen to what I wanted, instead was mad at me for some reason. It’s not the bad haircut I am concerned about, but the attitude towards the customer. She clearly had an axe to grind. Will make sure that I don’t use this stylist ever. Just had the worst haircut experience of my life here. I don’t ever leave neg reviews, but this had to be done. The stylist in question is Ofelia, she was extremely rude and did not want to listen to what I wanted, instead was mad at me for some reason. It’s not the bad haircut I am concerned about, but the attitude towards the customer. She clearly had an axe to grind. Will make sure that I don’t use this stylist ever. Others at this salon that I’ve worked with in the past have been great!

The lady that cut my hair was ok but of course at check out the receipt I signed was suppose to be $12.99 but instead they charged me $20. I’ve called several times talking to both the store manager and employees but I keep getting the run around that it was indeed their error and will credit back my card. I know times are tough And the overcharge amount wasn’t so much more but that doesn’t mean take advantage of your customers and overcharge on the card. This place will never have my business again. So after how many months of being quarantined and needing a haircut I finally decided to go. The lady that cut my hair was ok but of course at check out the receipt I signed was suppose to be $12.99 but instead they charged me $20.
