(M) Haircut was fine, and by fine I mean suboptimal because I showed up with specific instruction yet the lady managed to give me her own version of what she thought I wanted. Nevertheless, it’s unsurprising that the cut I got was essentially the same as every other time I’ve came to the location. It’s like they don’t know what I want even when I try to tell them, yet what they do know is that same middle school haircut your parents tried to force you to wear from years ago. Or at least that’s how they interpret ‘long on the top and short on the sides’, and I guess there’s 0 nuance or room for negotiation on what that means (despite attempting to inquire about the little details). I’m aware it’s not an expensive 5-star salon and I’m no hair stylist or barber, but is it so hard or unreasonable to ask for a hair style at a modest rate, especially one that I actually wanted? It’s not like I don’t tip either. I’m tired of them acting like they care or it matters when asking what kind of haircut I want, because evidently it doesn’t seem to affect what they end up giving me anyways. Better yet, maybe they should communicate to the customer what they plan to do better before they do it. If I knew what the end product was before they started, I’d skip out so as to not waste my time and money. Not to mention actually having to wear the haircut for the short term.

Very disappointed with my haircut. Leah seemed like she did not like working there, she pretty much took it out on my hair. The back of my neck is lined up so high I have people making fun of me for it. I’ve been coming here for awhile it’s never this bad. I’ll spend an extra 20 dollars to get it professionally done. Thanks.

I got a haircut here, there was absolutely no wait. Yet it seemed like the “stylist” was in a huge rush to finish my hair. Stylist was very aggressive with the clippers to where the hair cut was painful. When it was finally over, the outcome was poor. It looked uneven and the sides were unblended, the back hair line was unusually high. Unbelievable how unpleasant this experience was. I felt helpless because I don’t know what to do. Am I supposed to just tell the stylist to stop cutting my hair and go to a different place? “Hi can you finish this haircut that some other person started”

I got one good haircut there, but every time thereafter it’s been so-so or bad. The last haircut I got, the woman kept getting distracted by gossip and wouldn’t pay attention to my hair. I had to ask her for basic stuff like a mirror to see the back. Probably won’t go back anymore.
