poor quality gel manicure. i really wanted to love this place because i enjoyed my experience at the salon. but the quality is horrible. i got my gel nails done friday and by sunday morning half of my index nail had peeled off. i called and got it fixed for free but through the week the rest of my nails are also peeling.

I tried to walk in to inquire about purchasing a gift card for my wife for Mother’s Day. Some gentleman would not let me in and made me stay outside in the rain with my 6month old son. Extremely rude and short. I will never go back there again and I will NEVER use them. Very offended.

THIS PLACE SUCKSS!!!!!!! They totally messed up my nails. I have been doing my nails since I was 14 years old , I have NEVER experienced such bad customer service. I called to talk to the manager and they hanged up on me TWICE!! I went back and she told me she cant do anything, her manager had to be here. I went back 3 times and the manager was no where to be found. After finally getting a hold her she basically told me I was lying that the work was great and she will not do anything for me!! I work in customer service and I have never seen something like this!! DISGUSTING!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
