I give this 2 stars because of the last 4 times I was here they cut my kids hair so amazing….I drive 30 MINUTES out of my way to come here. Today I got two people I’ve never seen before and that should of made me walk away. The Asian lady completely demolished my sons hair! Wanted skin faded up to finger length. I WATCHED her cut as close to her hair possible then go back and cut more. I had to actually tell her to Stop cutting my sons hair on top!!!!!! Then the front of his hair is nowhere near even. One side is perfectly straight across and the other side comes up then the front has hairs that aren’t even. The whole top is no where close to even cut. When the lady that was cutting my daughters hair saw my son’s she even said ‘jeez’. She had no right to say anything because I had to show her that my daughters hair was cut not even.My daughter wanted her hair cut (in a V) with layers refreshed. The right side of her hair is shorter than the left side and it’s nowhere CLOSE to the V she has always gotten. She told me that my daughter has thicker hair on one side. She does NOT her hair is split in the middle and has ALWAYS been cut that way until today! Everyone in there saw I was upset about the work that was just done. They rang me up full price and expected a tip. NEVERRRRR COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE! The manager needs to go over how to cut hair with these two individuals for future customers. I will be GLAD to give my number so you can look it up in the system who they are. But this is the LAST time I return! I am so beyond pissed about my kids haircuts let alone having to pay for such a crappy job!!!!

I was delightfully surprised with this Great Clips in Villa Park and my haircut . This was my second visit there and both visits produced good haircuts. Besides the good haircuts the price was great! I was going to Mario Triccoci for my haircuts and was paying $40 to $45 for a simple cut but not no more. As a senior I paid $11 and non senior is $14. Can’t go wrong there. Their pricing for other services are also reasonable. The shop is clean and nicely decorated. Erika had cut my hair and is very knowledgeable on getting the right effect for you. She also listens to what you want for a styling and cut. I feel I found the right salon.
