DO NOT GO HERE. My boyfriend has been growing out his hair for months (6-7) to finally get a mullet cut. In between he was getting sport mullet cuts. He came back home and had to go to this Great Clips. He told the lady what he wanted and she didn’t understand so he shower her pictures. In 3 min his months of hair growth was gone becuase this worker decided to do a job she didnt know just to do it. They don’t care who they hire. So do yourself and your hair a favor and DO NOT GO HERE. He didn’t catch the lady’s name, she had a strong accent and barely spoke English. She can’t be trusted with ur hair !!!

One star is way too many! Not “Baby Boomer” friendly. We are older, but not stupid. We were ignored-our “turn” to be seated was ignored-while others just walked in and got taken care immediately. No service is just as bad as BAD service.

Only reasin for 2 stars is they tried to fix it.My grandpa brought my son to this location ended up with a botched haircut, was told when I called to let them know the entire front is uneven, that they would fix it and make it even. I’m assuming he was brought back cause when I arrived home and saw the cut in person it is still uneven but not as noticeable, I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone looking for a haircut that won’t need to be fixed multiple times, which I will be doing tonight since my son looks like he has a bowl cut now, since I used to also be a stylist.

I have been taking my two boys here for years and would normally rate this place 5 stars every time. The stylists we usually see have always been kind, patient and friendly as well as skilled in cutting hair. This time I brought my boys on 9/9 and was surprised to see two new ladies who each took one of my boys. After confirming what they should do (level one blended) I went to the restroom and came back to the one lady who did not blend my 8 year olds son and cut it way too short. She was very rude and said I did not specify blended before. My boys sat so uncomfortably in their chair I almost took them right away to leave. My 8 year old said his haircut actually hurt for the first time because she was so rough. My 14 year old said he never wants to go back. I will have to confirm who is working or we will not be returning.
