Last visit here the lady did not cut my hair right. Today I went for a bangs-only trim and the wonderful Kelsey not only did that but fixed the bad cut from my previous visit for no additional charge when I told her what happened. I should have gone back right away and spoke to the Manager but Kelsey saved the day & my hair! Kudos! Bang trim

I regularly go for great clips for my haircut in other locations. This was the first time at this location, and they have a previous history. The lady who cut my hair was in a hurry and not friendly. Coming to the point when she cuts the hair, she should make sure the sidelocks are correctly set.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe lady Kris was the one who cut my hair. Completely rude and doesn’t know how to cut hair at all. Literally everything was uneven, she was yanking my hair, throwing my head around, cutting off hair wherever she felt like without any attention to how long the other cuts were or if she had already cut there. What an amazing coincidence that she treated the little white boy who was ahead of me with respect and even initiated a conversation with him but couldn’t even be bothered to say hi to me while I was there.
